I reviewed, and now use, DxO PureRAW for suppressing high ISO noise (typically in Raw photos where the ISO has climbed higher than 2000. It is a bit of a 'game-changer' when shooting at high ISO as it often makes images captured at ISO 5000 look like they were captured at ISO 500. it's rare that you need to use any software other than Lightroom or Photoshop, but this is one instance where the algorithms are currently better than the Adobe ones.
I sometimes use Topaz DeNoise AI to suppress the noise in JPEGs and, in some rare instances, where Topaz can do a slightly better job.

The DxO software has just been updated to a version 3. I don't feel any compelling need to review or upgrade my version 2 software but obviously would strongly recommend the newer version of the product for all Raw shooters who shoot at high ISO.
