This 2.5-hour Patron-only editing seminar, with a total of 16 image-editing projects, is the first one I have shared with Patrons since 2021. Since 2021 Lightroom now has new and advanced AI Masking tools and the new AI DeNoise feature, so I was keen to showcase how these can be used in a typical image-editing workflow.

Note > Please do not share these images online in either their edited or unedited state as they are copyrighted to myself  ( © Mark Galer ) and Sony Australia.

These images can be edited using Lightroom (formerly known as Lightroom CC) or Lightroom Classic. The video demonstrates the photos being edited in Lightroom on a desktop computer (not Lightroom Classic). This video shows you how to add your own Raw photos to Lightroom and also how to modify the default starting point for editing images (Project 10).

I strongly recommend learning how to use the Lightroom interface on a computer and on a mobile device (as well as Lightroom Classic), so that you have the flexibility to edit using mobile devices as well as desktop and laptop computers. I also recommend increasing the Cloud storage to 1TB, if you are a keen traveler, so that you have the flexibility to backup all of your images when on an extended location shoot. Check out the 2023 Patron Travel Seminar to see how I implemented this workflow when using an iPad instead of a laptop computer (see the Seminars section of this support channel).
