I got a Dyson like the one that crapped out on you. I found that over time the setting that was the most powerful would eat the battery and only last a few seconds. The regular setting worked all the time with no problems. I called Dyson and they asked if I keep it charging constantly. I said yes. And I find out that that is the problem. Can’t keep them plugged in while not using. Half disappointing for the price and the hype.
