There are databases that companies use where they can look you up via certain info (ssn or name/address) and find not just your current and former addresses and phone numbers, but those of your relatives. Likely how they got Katie’s number. -someone who has to legitimately use such a database to locate pensioners to pay them and their beneficiaries.
