I was attacked by technical difficulties and I tried to do some editing and I also had to make a new intro. So, basically, if this sounds bad I am very sorry, I am learning on the job.

So anyway, me and Alexander Edward from Minion Death Cult talked a bit about creed, Aaron Lewis, Bowling Rock, and then we watched the lead singer of Lit on MTV Cribs. I also made a badly edited video podcast too.

I am going to fix these dumb mistakes and bad edits. I love you and hope this sounds ok

3rd wave ska band Let’s Go Bowling and their most notable song Let’s Go Bowling Sum 41 and AFI are butt punk

Corey Spaniel

I feel like bowling rock is visually the convergence of swing revival and the 90s pop punk Archie comics aesthetic

Adam Mickelson

When I think of butt punk I think of Epitaph records and bands like Pennywise.

TJ Duex

Bryan, please pay someone to do the mixing on these episodes.

Breakaway

The Red Man episode of Cribs is a masterpiece that belongs in a museum.

Patrick McDonough

Yeah the new stuff is pretty much unlistenable. This is meant to be constructive criticism because I know the content is excellent. Hopefully the audio is salvageable.

Pete Koszulinski

Can't agree more, the content is great but it's really hard to listen to. Esp with headphones. Let us know what the patreon needs to hit to get a producer. Some tier or something. 🙏

Percle

The cribz riff kind of overstayed its welcome. By the end of it my only thought was just let people like things Korn pone

Blorst of times

Seems like a lot of right wing punks turned into rockabilly people.

Justin Comer

I haven't listened yet but I just skipped around a bit and it seems fine?

Breakaway

What happened to Jake?

DWank

it’s pretty funny to see two straight guys pretend women and gays don’t love midcentury culture

JA Shockey

us flubheads getting treated to some deep cut flubs

Komilo

MCM is pretty broadly loved and not just by dorks

Internet jones

3rd wave ska is definitely the butt rock of ska, because all the ska in the 60s and 50s doesn’t apply to the mozzarella sticks tweet

Internet jones

Most people hear 50s and 60s ska and think it’s reggae tho

Internet jones

60s ska goes off in your head when you get a letter from a credit card company demanding the full balance be paid by Friday lol

big microbe

"You better not fuckin' be on Linux, I'm not puttin' up with that"

big microbe

This one seems pretty good, but maybe he re-posted it?

TJ Duex

I didn't have as much trouble listening in my car because I could crank it up, and it's not as bad as the ones that were reposted for sure. (That I also cranked up in my car)

big microbe

Worked fine on my phone speaker, using Pocket Casts w the "vocal boost" turned on. It's way better then the previous ep's sound

big microbe

Not gonna defend a single other thing about the man, but Sinatra was a pretty good actor

Mr. Lobotomy

You’re great Bryan, no worries, we’re glad to be here

Yairo Martis

Bob Hoskins played a very out J. Edgar Hoover in Oliver Stone's 'Nixon'.

Justin Klink

You should do a butt tier a la the beast tier where people can pay you and Alex to listen to a band and determine if they are butt.

LAKE R▲DIO

I really liked the MTV Cribs segment. Would love to hear more Cribs stuff.

Cory Waring

Yeah alexander is teaching Bryan even though he can’t even fucking Google who sang Like a Rock and what truck made it theme song. “Like a Rock, that roots rock anthem by Juan Panther Watermelon RV Park was the theme song for the workin man’s truck, the 1/8 ton Isuzu. Everybody knows these commercials and this song. It wasn’t Brian Seltzer, it wasn’t The Boss or Bryan Adams or Don Henley or J Geiles and it sure as hell wasn’t Bob Seger cos nobody told me over three episodes that it was! Anyways, bring Brett back we all love him!”

Cory Waring

This muh fucker thinks Poison is aight but Motley Crue is Butt rock. I really wish i had heard this when it came out. Listen to Motley Crus’s music ( the minor chords in damn near every song commercially known) and this muh fucker lumps them in with Warrant and Poison. This shit is driving me crazy 😂😂😂. Very entertaining series Bryan, thank you lol.
