Hello Friends

It's been a very very rush about week and I apologise for not posting quit so much this week as usual.However I have been working on a few new pieces and stories and bits of Ai, so I hope to make amends next week.

I posted a version of this on my birthday page of our blog, but I think It got slightly lost in the mix and I think it deserves a place of it's own to be enjoyed in it's own right. So here is another version of it, plus the one from the blog.

The device is now warming Andy up nicely and I fear despite his efforts, the Sisterhood Gym Mistresses will have Andy ready for a stiff workout in not time.
