The Bergman &Knightley after care is second to none. No young man is finally signed over to his new guardians permanent and sole care for at least 1 year after purchase. But once all the checks and balances have been met. Bergman step way. Only there if the client needs assistance.

He was struggling to come to terms with his emotions.   It was difficult  for him to interpret what was going on inside.  Part of him was delighted and excited.   Ms Freeman wanted him.   Ms  Freeman was going to keep him.   He was going to be hers.   Her Dorothy.   It was what he wanted,  but after all the months, after all the B&K Home Care visits, after all the reboots, it still felt strange.   Was this the last time he would see the B&K Home Care girls?  They'd been part of his existence.   They'd been so kind to him.  He'd miss them; miss them a lot.  But Ms Freeman was so nice.   So affectionate.  So pretty.   He loved being with her.  He loved serving her.    It was something he felt he'd been born to do.   But part of him was sad.  The vestigial part of him that was still Donald.   Was this it?  Was this his destiny?    To be a sissymaid?  A sissymaid forever?   And was this really the last time he was going to see Ms Bergman.  She'd been so kind to him.   She'd taken an interest in him from the moment he'd started at Bergman & Knightley as a naive young Saturday Girl.  She'd monitored his development.     She'd calmed him when he was worried, concerned about the path he was taking.  Reassured him.  Taken him personally in hand.   Taken him to her home to show him the life that he could be leading as a fully fledged B&K Boy.   A B&K Boy with a life beyond the shopfloor.   A B&K Boy who'd be auctioned to the highest bidder.   A B&K Boy who'd become the ornament of a household, the plaything of wealthy ladies and their partners.   A B&K Boy who'd always be well clothed, well fed and cared for.  And a B&K Boy who'd be loved.   Loved in  all the ways that Ms Bergman and his B&K Aunties showed him.   Ms Freeman was loving and beautiful -  so, so beautiful - everything he longed to be himself, but Ms Bergman was different.  Ms Freeman might show style, but Ms Bergman was style.  She exuded class. She exuded power.   Donald pondered hard as the final handover neared completion.   He felt a shiver as he came to realise what he wanted.   He wanted to be Dorothy.   The highest tribute he could pay to Ms Bergman was to be Dorothy.   To be the girl, Ms Bergman had wanted him to be when he first stood quivering before her desk in her carpeted, oak panelled office.   If he became Dorothy, he'd never lose that.   He might miss  seeing Ms Bergman but this way he'd always be hers.   She'd always be part of him.   She'd always be inside him just like the nights when he'd lain in her bed and she'd possessed him.   Possessed him like she possessed all her B&K Boys.    They were always hers.   Her gift to the world.   Her gift to femininity.   He'd be Dorothy.   And he'd help Ms Freeman.   Help her to be less shy.  Help her to show more authority.   Help her to show her dominant side.  Help him to be the submissive Dorothy that he was with Ms Bergman.    Help Ms Freeman to be more like Ms Bergman: an owner submissive, weak Dorothy could be proud of.
