Nothing at all wrong with petticoats. I think its a perfet outfit for petticoat/s to get that great fit and flared out look that i love and that frames his gorgeous legs and heels as well. Just have a look at the red outfit, legs and heels on the wall I always wear petticoats under dress or skirt and wearing one under the dress in my profile pic LOVE LOVE LOVE petticoats and short dresses
