I think Andy will serve in this at a formal New Year's Eve party. Once he is dressed Jayne can prepare herself knowing that her so pretty maid is getting everything ready for the guests.

Agree about the serving part, but underneith the wide dress, Andy has an extreme hobble skirt, making the serving part almost impossible

It had been only two hours since Mayfield's call. It was so unfortunate Emily Wilson going down with some bug or other this afternoon. Mayfield had heard from the director about her plans to cancel. That would be so disappointing for all the people who’d booked. It would also mean no income for the Village Hall and the Church’s spire repair fund. There had to be some way of saving the evening’s performance. Luckily he'd the presence of mind to call Jane. “But gloves,” protested Andy, “would she wear gloves? And latex ones too. Magnifique, such a sight to see on Christmas Eve. Thank you Andy for this present of sorts. Aside from my obvious jealousy of Sweet Andy's predicament, one could see so many paths this situation could take. It looks to me like Aunt Jane is smoothing out the recently slipped on glove and just told Andy more details about precisely what Andy is dressed up for... Looking forward with baited breath for the reveal. ;-)

O.K. I missed the controller for the Hummingbird and thought it was a baby monitor to keep track of him all night. The look on his face can only mean that he has found that the new and improved Hummingbird now pulses tunes. Is he now feeling "Little Drummer Boy" deeply within? and is she saving "Silent Night" for when the evening festivities are finally over and he thinks he can finally rest?
