It is most definitely the perfect outfit to garner attention. People will see him coming a long way away, especially in a still breeze or bright sunlight. The ticking of his mules announcing his arrival well before his entrance, but it is the cute little bob that frames is perfectly made up face. What could he possibly do wrong to elicit a punishment? I am sure it is all planned out. Perhaps nothing but plastic in his purse.
