The rules are the same, the 2 characters with the highest vote will win and I will post them next week.

Characters with high votes (but do not win) will be added to the waiting list and may return in the future.

Also, if you haven't read my previous post, I separate all the recommended characters into 3 groups so we can balance the characters for each poll.
