Characters who win more than once will be placed in the same group! It was Group B last month, this time it's Group C! 

Each group will vote for 3 days, and the winners will vote for 3 days!

The characters that were applied in duplicate were placed in the order of the first person who applied! (It's okay if the outfit you applied for is different, and they are assigned to the same group.)

When you say that Fern’s votes are going to be reflected in Group C, what does that exactly mean?

To prevent characters who have won more than once from appearing in multiple final group poll, I'm assigning them to the same group! She has a winning record from last year. I had forgotten about it for a moment.. X(

Mmm, my OCs in the past were taking too many votes in the character polls, so I moved them to a separate area.. The current OC suggestions are part of that!
