OTHER QUESTIONS
Did you study art in school?
Yes, I did go to art school. Sometimes I get questions on wether or not it’s worth it. My personal experience is the following:
- I made a lot of connections, and met a lot of friends with my same interests.
- Got to learn a lot from my peers.
- Drew a TON, more than any other period in my life and this lead to a lot of improvement in a short period of time.
- Got to experiment with different media that I would usually not go for (oils paints, lithography, charcoals, etc)
- Improved hugely my confidence in my art, it made me feel validated.
However I would say that most of my art development I did on my own and using resources online.
Where can I see your older art?
I studied art in Spain, and most of my old art is still there. I will be (hopefully) traveling there in a couple of months, so I will be doing a video where we go through my old art. However, if you want to have a look at my old digital art, this is a link to my Deviantart that I haven’t updated in AGES: https://www.deviantart.com/msshanh/gallery (I am sorry to whoever decides to check this link out, I have very bad art here).
Please let me know if you have any more questions, and the answers will be added to this post. I hope this helps!
