Friends, I just wanted to jump into a message and share a few updates on personal and podcast-related things.

So first of all, for those who aren't on Discord I wanted to explain that RoShawn is experiencing a really scary and serious family emergency, so even though we planned on having a Supernatural episode to post this week it won't be possible. Thank you all so much for your patience, and we ask that you bear with us if it turns out we have to postpone the Pride & Prejudice episode this weekend. Please, if you're a person that believes in prayer or just sending good vibes, she sure could use all she can get.

Secondly, thank you all for your understanding on my erratic posting and being so behind. If you are on Discord or follow me on Instagram you may already be aware that my husband Marshall found a dog that had been poisoned and abandoned a little over a week ago. If you want to see a short video, here is a link. Thanks to everyone's incredible generosity, we were able to get her emergency care and a subsequent follow-up and vaccinations. I found out yesterday that she tested positive for Giardia with cysts, and medication (plus another follow-up) for that pretty much ate up the remainder of donations. I have also made a small wish list because we intend to keep her (as long as Pippin is cooperative) and if we can't, we can at least send her on to her new home with some supplies. Thirdly, I had shared a month or so ago an idea for including high-rollers a little more in the process of choosing the books for the rebooted UNspoiled! Book Club, and I would love some feedback on what you all would like to see. Do you want to pick the books that me and my co-host read? Do you want to co-host an episode? Or would you like to just jump on as a guest for like 20 minutes? How would you expect me to determine who joins, or which books are chosen?
