I reacted exactly like you did to Effie, Natasha. I was preparing myself to not expect her at all in this book, because i was expecting her to be one of the prep team members for Haymitch from the beginning. I had read ahead of Y'all after the parade crash, because i had to know if Luella was okay. I'm listening to the audiobook, and when he said "I hope everyone's ready for a big, big, big, big day!", I gasped out loud lol. The audiobook narrator nailed the impression. I'm very interested in the thoughts about her going forward.
