This episode is the one where the boys get arrested on PURPOSE to investigate a string of apparently natural deaths that have all happened inside a recently renovated prison. Dean, as usual, causes a ruckus and ends up in solitary. Meanwhile, Sam is sneaking around burning mattresses.

Action Park and Schlitterbaun are both absolutely insane examples in what small-time ride designers are allowed to get away with, it's horrifying

Yeah, that whole bit about privilege p***d me off. I love this episode, but that was the writers trying to waive away something inconvenient for the sake of the drama. "That doesn't apply in this case". Why not? There is a possible explanation, which is that the communication is not protected where it's in furtherance of a crime. It would be a pretty weak case here, but it could at least be argued. A few words from Sam could at least have made it more convincing, like "she can't protect us if we're doing something illegal".
