I haven't been able to access the new content on the Android version, Ellie doesn't appear in the Fullmart

Tonbelly

Did you make friends with her at the beach first? She should turn up there late morning/noon I believe. Around the same time she would normally be at the beach. She won't turn up if you arranged to date her though.

You should definitely give Ellie a 2nd stage in her clinic (after the date sequence of course)

Pvlmed

is there a way to download all updates in one?

Tonbelly

There isn't, but I'm not sure why you'd need one? Each version has everything in it the previous one has.

I am unable to access some of the content as discussed on previous versions. it finishes one part and then just is open to nothing else except just lifting or reading

Tonbelly

That is because a lot of the content so far happens in day 1 or day 2 of the game. To try everything, you will have to start a new game and try a talking to different people or choose different dialogue options.
