When watching the movie in the patreon app, I cannot put it on full screen. As soon as I put it on full screen and rotate my phone, it would crash. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you, Rufus!

Hi, this is not an issue we have come across before, all the movies should perform the same way, can you please try it on a different device or browser? Thanks Rufus

Ben

Perfect posing!

I should clarify: I was clicking on the image inside the app, which then takes me to the webpage. When I try to full screen the video during portrait mode, the screen would try to rotate to landscape mode showing the comments on the side. Then the video would immediately switch back to portrait mode. :(

Hi yes, due to Patreon security you will always be directed to the webpage version of Patreon when trying to play a movie in the app, not sure why they do this but it’s intentional apparently. Are you able to try a different browser or device to see if it repeats the error you are experiencing? Cheers Rufus

Yeah I get that only work around I've found is to use desktop, go on collections, cover films and then it will go full screen. Otherwise, it just crashes. Sometimes it's just easier to down tbh.

I was able to finally view the videos in Firefox; Chrome seems to be the one giving me trouble. Thanks!
