Merge Project is run by a single artist, responsible for the entire process.This is neither a merit nor a flaw — it’s a format choice.

Because of that, the focus is on well-defined collections, rather than multiple disconnected standalone models.I prefer working on sets that make sense together, maintaining consistency and direction.

I believe a strong collection has more value than a large number of isolated models — and that is the path Merge Project follows.
