Sorry for the time I was away, honestly I got a little lost with the story. After development on Fortnite ended I couldn't think of anything I could focus on developing and I had a really bad writer's block.

I currently have some ideas, but nothing too fixed yet. It would be really helpful if you could comment on some ideas for the story. Not just about games he can make, but things he can do in the real world.

He needs to develope the Oasis to start some action in real world and interact. Also when he would go out shield would be on his feed to follow him

You could start with bringing chess tournaments to the oasis. Then move onto other board/card/table top games and add cooler lifelike effects like how yu gi oh added holograms and stuff

It is the Marvel world so conflict could still happen. Unless these happened before he came to this world, events like the chitari invasion, the arrival of Galactus or something else to do with the outside world as it seems kind of peaceful for marvel. Just a suggestion that you can easily ignore. Hope you get over this writers block.

Hmm best route i can offer is much like Alexander Hammann in that i ask where do you want him to be. To go further then he did/make my own offering for help where do you want the game developer ability to go, is it limited to one world...or like the tunnels he saw with Bee is there going to be more worlds...will the worlds only be connected to him through the game or to each other. If your going to do other worlds are they only connected through the games or do you want it so that even in the real worlds will eventually be able to connect to each other. DxD, MHA, and many more are set in modern enough times that they could work for this system and provide more worlds for you to have him explore that can much like Alexander Hammann and others here have suggested to get him involved in actual story rather then just sit like a stump in his safe little world. Or even go further beyond with just the Game Maker ability lean into it with worlds like BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt or Overlord worlds that already have DMMORPG games that can ACTUALLY compete with him somewhat for complexity so he has to put in real effort to make them worlds worth investing. Have it so that each game has a consistent cost like server cost ect thats going on in the background now that he has made it out of the tutorial first game so that he actually has to make sure that he has to be consistently making money or he'll go bankrupt and lose the ability. Pull some ideas from The Game Creator in Marvel by Unholy_Angel on webnovel.com and have it so he gets points for how they rate, player base, player time, and even the idea he has in regards to props and objects to start adding more costs then just pay for game type invest time. Like I said it would even be easy to have these turn up just by having his ability say "Thankyou for completing the tutorial now lets start the real deal stuff."

If you want a lot of content for the in world player maybe make a final fantasy with some edits? Or maybe Zelda games also work. Also this may be intense but another option would also be Digimon or Pokémon. I know people really like training monster games and if the people are really there they will be way more interested, especially if the Pokémon can have emotions and actual strategic moves like in the show.
