During one scene, Ron slips and falls on the grass while running to warn Leslie about Ben's plan to shut down the Freddy Spaghetti concert. That fall was neither scripted nor accidental, but rather planned and improvised by Nick Offerman

The concept of being an adult in the U.S. is so messed up. You can be punished like an adult before they are willing to call you one. And then when you do call you one they don't even treat you like one for some years still. It's so messed up.

The April and Andy concept was not planned originally. I think they had even planned for Andy to pretty much disappear as a character before long, with no point to him after being the ex trying to get in the way of Ann and Mark. But Aubrey and Chris had chemistry that wasn't planned. I believe it was simply when Andy was explaining his music and April said "I totally get it" (which may have been ad libbed) that they saw some chemistry, and started writing it in.

Doesn't seem like the greatest business model to drop a show just as its getting hot. I guess I can unsub til it returns, assuming I stumble across your channel again to even remember to come back. The whole skipping around to different shows just makes no sense.

I completely forgot that Natalie Morales was in this show. She's lovely and delightful.

Yeah... Tom's dating Natalie Morales' character (Lucy?); he should not care at all that Ron is with his ex-green-card-wife. If I were in Tom's position, dating Natalie Morales' character, I'd be too busy rubbing my nose in that to care about who Ron's dating.
