One final comment: Cecil definitely stepped over the line in some ways... but trying to rehabilitate bad SPBs (Super-powered beings) isn't wrong, or immoral... using dude to create Re-Animen is justifiable, absolutely. I'm on Cecil's side there. WHICH... so is Mark, even if he doesn't know it, as evidenced by the fact he didn't have Oliver locked up. Mark, you hypocrite.
