Security fences have barbed wire at the top, but that can be circumvented by throwing a thick rug or a rubber bottom rug over it. The rug frank brought would have been worthless for that. And the suburbs are much much much cheaper for a lot more square footage and an actual yard then the city. And the country beyond that is another level cheaper. And then it matters what state you're in because of the ridiculous tax structures and regulations of some states.
