That was so disturbing, I'm not gonna lie...

You can vote in the comments on what you would like for the other winner, The Other Guys (2010):

Put it back on the poll for September

Make it the default winner for September and don't run a poll.

2026-09-07 13:00 Definitely honor the tie by having The Other Guys be the default winner next month. After that disturbing shit show of a movie you deserve one that's a solid 1hr 40some minutes of laughs. Though might I propose something even better?... That being have The Other Guys be guaranteed for next month AND still have the poll next month Well now hear me out here, please. Perhaps in the event of a tie for the movie poll for the month you could simply TEMPORARILY reduce the amount of regularly scheduled shows that the community voted for (Futurama, Always Sunny, Bojack etc...shows in that particular slot on the schedule) until we get caught up on the movies that the community voted on for the month AND still have a poll the following month. Maybe think of a tie in the movie poll as if it's like we as a community are asking to exchange a video or so of the regularly scheduled show reactions for an additional movie reaction for a particular month. Something like this certainly seems to be in the realm of reasonably possible, right? 🤔 I'd think that'd provide a good mix of our regularly scheduled shows and whatever movies the community can agree on and do so while still keeping your time commitment to your channel pretty much the same, right? A nice, good balance for all parties involved. ⚖️ And realistically speaking I don't see ties in the movie polls being an all-too-common occurrence for you to worry about. 😉 Of course, in the event of a ridiculous, more than a few way tie then yeah not having a poll the next month is the way to go.
2026-08-26 01:27 Eh. Upon further review while The Other Guys is certainly a solidly fun movie and it certainly seems like we could go for a solid 1hr40min of some laughs after this disturbing shit show of a film it's really one of those "I'd be okay with it being a movie of the month" kind of suggestions. Hell, it'll likely win next month's poll...or perhaps Inside Out could win next month's poll which I think would be even better and that'd REALLY be quite the palette cleanser after this month's movie😅 Though if I may propose something even better?... That being have The Other Guys be guaranteed for next month AND still have the poll next month Well now hear me out here, please. Perhaps in the event of a tie for the movie poll for the month you could simply TEMPORARILY reduce the amount of videos for the regularly scheduled shows that the community voted for (Futurama, Always Sunny, Bojack Harley, etc) until we get caught up on the movies that the community voted on for the month AND still have a poll the following month. Like perhaps look at those particular shows as a bit of a "flex slot" in the schedule where some months it can be more shows than movies and (occasionally) others can be the inverse of that. ⚖️ Maybe think of a tie in the movie poll as if it's like we as a community are asking to exchange a video or so of the regularly scheduled show reactions for an additional movie reaction for a particular month. I can see the appeal of the quick, easy option but I think the little bit more effort to do some creative scheduling as detailed above would be the way to better please the community. It'd still be making the slow but steady progress through the shows we all voted for AND (on occasion) get caught up on more movies we figure you'll enjoy🙂

Also yes Inside Out is a Disney movie (Disney-Pixar rather) and a damn good one at that. I personally suggested it because it was a box office hit at one time that's also in alignment with my tastes

Daddy Dogg Abbott

I find it funny that the first time you see Nikki, she is in the other guy's jacket from the opening scene

my vote is; for the other guys being the default winner for september. also to avoid another 4way tie situation,(and since people seem to like to put movies in polls that have low chance of winninng.) one option for future polls could be a " random draw wheel" after the poll. so if a movie got 30% of the votes; it has 30% chance of winning. if it has 10% of the votes it gets 10% chance. so the most popular movie has the best chance, but every movie with atleast 1 vote could theoretically win. also no more ties possible^^

I have mixed feelings on this one. I can see it from both points, and I don't like the fact that I don't remember THE OTHER GUYS particularly favorably, should influence my decision. I'm not going to take a position on this one.

I like the idea that, going forward, after this, ties should go to the wheel.

Where there's a will ("As much as I would love to sit here and watch everything together...") There's a way (that seemingly bat shit insane but perhaps reasonably doable wall of text up there) 😉

Best movie of 2026, and it ain't even close. I'm kind of glad I put off watching it, because it's definitely a great one to watch alongside someone else who's seeing it for the first time.
