Yes I think both women are supposed to be in their early 20s. I guess Morty was so self-confident he was able to attract two adult women that obviously have issues of their own since they dated a 14 year old.

I think those women were both old enough to drink in the United States! The drinking age being 21. I'm glad I didn't go to college in the United States. 😀 But yes, way too old for Morty!
