Zima was like a sweet beer/Wine cooler. Sold in the 90’s.

The scene in the back of the Pork Store/Poker Game is my favorite scene in any Archer. Also my favorite episode. Glad I got to watch it with you.

The show references lots of popular culture, but S02E09 has two of my favorite references : first, Krieger being one of the "The Boys from Brazil" (a novel and movie in the '70s) and the amazing ending to the original "Magnum P.I." third season opener named "Did You See the Sunrise?" ( (spoilerish, so don't watch if you ever intend on watching the old TV show) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1ArtYDOAIw )

Cheryl is in general one of my favorite characters. She is so freaking crazy and i love it.

"For the Angel of Death spread his wings on the blast, And breathed in the face of the foe as he passed: And the eyes of the sleepers waxed deadly and chill, And their hearts but once heaved, and for ever grew still!"

Henchman Twenty1

I love episode 2x10 because we get to find out more stuff about both Cheryl and Pam. When Lana calls Cyril "Barn" and "Barney" when he keeps accidently discharging the gun she is referencing the character Deputy Barney Fife (Don Knotts) from 'The Andy Griffith Show' who had a similar problem. Andy then made him carry his gun around unloaded and with just a single bullet in his shirt pocket.

Yay! My home State, Rhode Island, got a mention. And Krieger is right about there being a lot of people of Portuguese ancestry here. Despite being the tiniest State in America we have the largest community of Portuguese Americans here. It makes sense as RI is "The Ocean State" after all. Not me though. I'm an Irish/French-Canadian combo

For those who didn't count them there were 13 crosshatches above the poem by Lord Byron indicating that sweet, lovable Pam has likely killed 13 people. Now 14 with the dead kidnapper whose neck she just snapped.

Zima was a sweet alcoholic drink in the 90s. I don't think they make it anymore.
