A year late, but the "DOM" on the rock is a reference to the movie Fandango (1985).

4x07 This is one of my favorite episodes! I loved it for multiple reasons. It was wicked funny. It involved the whole gang. I worked in food service for about 16 years, but not in a fancy place like that. I was a fan of the late Anthony Bourdain who voiced Chef Casteau. He was an actual celerity chef who did several shows on television, a couple of which involved him traveling the globe and trying foods and restaurants all over, but he sometimes could have a bit of an abrasive personality. A sad irony in this episode is where he says, "And if you can't turn that into promo gold you should honestly consider suicide", because he wound up taking his own life in back 2018. Very sad.

I think that guy who had a heart attack actually did in fact die, if I recall 🤔

Yep. No more Bilbo. In the series pilot there were two of them side-by-side in the control room. This was attributed to an animation gaff. I felt that they should have just gone with it and had them be twins, then Mallory fired one of them to cut back on staffing.

It actually really surprised me to see Arches point of view on illegal immigration. I would have assumed that Lana would be the one defending them and Archer the one ranting about jobs and taxes. But in this case the roles were completely reversed. And it wasn't just because she was hot, since Archer took his stand BEFORE she came out of the truck. Although she was the reason Archer would go so far just to help them.
