Hey guys! I've seen your comments about the issues with the videos lagging when they are embedded and seem to work much better directly in vidyard. I'll be uploading them this way while that gets fixed.

My laptop was in the process of shitting the bed, so I actually thought it was an issue on my end! Totally watched Tropic Thunder in laggy chunks. But triple Archer? All is forgiven!

I am back! Half of you probably just groaned and the other half are like, "Who is this person?" Anyway, my financial situation is better now where I am no longer literally flat broke, and season 5 just wasn't exactly my favorite, so I didn't mind skipping it. Okay, so at the end of the season finale Archer asks Lana if he was just coming out of a coma from when he drowned in the season 4 finale. That's the show's writers trolling some of us fans. Because season 5 went off all sorts of weird, even for Archer, a number of fans, including myself, speculated that Archer was indeed in a coma and this whole season was a only dream. Like, when Archer gets tasered in 5x01 it was really someone using a defibrillator on him to get his heart going. Adam Reed and the writers diligently go through fan comments and speculations in the forums, and my guess is that enough folks like me were guessing the coma thing so they changed direction to troll us. This has happened with other shows like this, such as The Venture Bros, where the creators even admitted that they changed direction on the show due to fan speculation, and not always in a way the fans may like.

2026-09-07 13:00 i am glad you are looking into it, i had some issues the last few episodes. but i think the issue is not on your end either, i think its vidyard or the web browser. I use google chrome, not sure what the others with the same issue use. As always though, great video. :)

Thank you. I started following Ana when she was about halfway through season one of Archer. That's the only show she reacts to that I am interested in. I'd love it if she did The Venture Bros., but I realize it's got a more limited audience, especially after AS killed it back in 2020. Still, it had seven awesome seasons under its belt and has THE BEST collection of characters EVER!

The tank scene with Cyril is an homage to Mike Dukakis whose tank photograph op badly hurt his presidential campaign in 1988
