The rope hanging in Blair's room was meant to imply that he was contemplating suicide. "The Thing" (2011) is a prequel, telling the story of what happened at the Norwegian camp. This movie was originally filmed using practical effects like the original, but the material was never released as the studios forced them to replace it with CG. So you might find it more immersive with the CG effects. It is those same CG effects, though, that disappointed many of the original movie's fans.

Thanks for watching this; it's one of my favorites even if the practical effects are a little dated. When it was released (yeah, I'm old), the practical effects were mind blowing for many and arguably never surpassed in terms of creativity and sheer technical difficulty.

REQUEST: There's a new series on Netflix that would make for some very fun reaction videos. The show is an anthology, a series of unrelated stories, kind of like Twilight Zone or Black mirror but really really well done. "Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities"

For an adult non-RomCom Christmas movie made for you to react to, I once again push Bad Santa.

Yeeeeeees….

Don't think I've ever been more excited for a reaction! I was so hoping you would do a horror movie for Halloween, and you went with my literal second favorite movie of all time!
