I continue to think AD isn't really worth watching past s03 (again, it's not BAD, it's just no longer good *enough*)... BUT there are a few worthwhile sequences. GOB's interactions with Egg in this episode being one. Jesus... "So, how did you like your egg?" "I said you were fine."

Eric

"What... what... is it - I... eh *chuckle*... it's the... the the the the the the the questions... you ask so many of these of these of these these these questions that that that that *you* keep asking that - from *me* for for for for for should should should should I? Should I? Should I? Should Should should uh should uh should the should the should the guy should the guy should the guy in the in the 32 do-uh in the 32 dollar pink ba- ba- ba- ba- ba- ba- bath... should should should should should in the 6,000 dollar tuxedo should should I? Should the guy? Should should in the 32 in the 34 hundred dollar should the guy c'mon c'mon c'mon c'mon c'mon c'mon"

AND... I stand by my "skip season 4+ of AD" stance but if you're going to watch it the initial order is obviously best. There's still setups and payoffs and they don't work if you watch it in the re-shuffled order. You commented on how they weave the story together, and yeah, you can still see the talent here. I don't think it's nearly as funny but it continues to be very well-written. Everybody's path crosses with everybody else's multiple times, oftentimes you have characters pass in and out of somebody else's so quick you can miss it - you caught Maebe running through GOB's story late in ep 7 but I'm pretty confident you've missed some of those. (I'm sure you've missed some, but some of them are hidden on first viewing because a character is disguised, for reasons revealed during that person's episode, like how Tobias was behind Lindsay when she went to India.)

Topher 🤪

A second watch thru after it's over is a must. So much going on when you know to look for it.
