The Violinist and the Nerd: paperback news! (Patreon)

I am super excited to tell you that The Violinist and the Nerd has been licensed by the Spanish publisher that released Wild Beast Forest House! This means the whole series will be released in Spanish (^O^)🎉

It is too soon to know whether the other publishers of WBFH in other languages will be interested in releasing this one too, but I'm crossing my fingers for it to happen (TwT) If readers show their interest to these publishers, I think chances will be higher 💦 They're TokyoPop for USA, Jundo for Italy and Papertoons for Germany.

And now some more info about this release:

Volume 1, which is season 1, will be full color! Remember at the beginning of 2025 I told you I became super busy with something I couldn't tell you about? It was coloring the first volume while keeping up with season 3 at the same time ( ' - ' ;; I can't begin to explain the amount of work it was, haha. I even hired three people to help me out with flats because otherwise I'd just explode (thank you Fiddlyturtle, Artblock2 and Axel29exe for helping me out).

There's no release date yet, I'll tell you as soon as I know! I assume volume 1 will come out sometime during 2026.

It'll be 4 volumes: volumes 1 and 2 will cover seasons 1 and 2 each, and volumes 3 and 4 will cover the current season 3.

If you bought the self-published edition I released in the past, you'll still be able to continue the series from volume 3. The size of the new edition is the same (A5), and I made sure season 3 starts in a new volume so that those who supported me back then don't need to buy the new volumes from the start. Design-wise I'm afraid the spines will be different, I'm so sorry (TwT)

The paperback edition will, of course, include the +18 comic pages that are censored on Webtoon/Tapas.

¡Estoy muy contenta de anunciaros que El Violinista y el Nerd ha sido licenciado por Planeta Cómic, la editorial española que publicó Wild Beast Forest House! Esto significa que toda la serie saldrá en tomos en español (^O^)🎉

Aún es pronto para saber si saldrá en más idiomas, pero cruzo los dedos para que sea así.

Y ahora, más información sobre el lanzamiento:

¡El tomo 1, que es la temporada 1, será a todo color! ¿Recordáis que a principios de 2025 os dije que estaba muy ocupada con algo que no podía contaros? Era colorear el primer tomo mientras seguía con la temporada 3 al mismo tiempo ( ' - ' ;; No tengo palabras para explicar la cantidad de trabajo que fue, haha. Hasta tuve que contratar a tres personas para que me ayudaran con los colores base porque, de lo contrario, habría explotado (gracias a Fiddlyturtle, Artblock2 y Axel29exe por ayudarme).

Aún no hay fecha de lanzamiento, ¡os lo diré en cuanto lo sepa! Supongo que el tomo 1 saldrá en algún momento de 2026.

Serán 4 tomos: los tomos 1 y 2 cubrirán las temporadas 1 y 2 respectivamente, y los tomos 3 y 4 cubrirán la temporada 3 actual.

Si comprasteis la edición autoeditada que publiqué en el pasado, podréis continuar la serie a partir del tomo 3. El tamaño de la nueva edición es el mismo (A5), y me he asegurado de que la temporada 3 comience en un nuevo tomo para que aquellos que me apoyaron en su momento no tengan que comprar los nuevos desde el principio. En cuanto al diseño, me temo que los lomos serán diferentes, lo siento mucho (TwT)

La edición física incluirá, por supuesto, las páginas del cómic para mayores de 18 años que están censuradas en Webtoon/Tapas.
