🇬🇧 Some people told me they cannot see the new pages I updated today. They can see the post, but the pages won't open. Some said that a way to solve it is to open Patreon on any browser on your phone. I'm gathering info to send a ticket to Patreon, could you reply to the following questions?

Could you see the pages I posted today (chapter 4, pages 25~29)?

If you couldn't, where were you trying to access them? App or PC? (or other?)

Thank you!

Si no habéis podido, ¿cómo estábais accediendo a Patreon? ¿Por la app o por el PC? ¿O por otro sitio?

¡Gracias!

I was using Patreon on the Android App, made sure the App was updated to latest version but could not open the pages, so I only saw the 1st page that was displayed large on the post.

In patreon app on my phone I couldn't, on phone browser I could.

Couldn't see them, from the US and using the app. But I got onto the web page and could view them!

Sonic the Hedgehog

Couldn't open them on the app but I could on the phone browser

Apple phone soon after you posted this - app would not display pictures until I opened the preview. Windows desktop just now - no problem.

Kanon

MochaTeal

I could see them. I always view them on the web browser (safari) on my iPad. (I didn’t even know there was an app until just now 😅)

Jasmin Peterson

The app on my phone (android) wouldn't show me the goods. I just opened patreon on the web browser on my phone and it worked fine

Kat

I’m using the App on the iPhone and yes I can see the pages.

Elizabeth Heyne

I could see everything fine, was using app on an iPhone

I could see the post but could not view the images. I had to use my browser to view them. I'm using the App on Android (Google Pixel phone). This is not the first time Android users have had issues with viewing posts on Patreon unfortunately. 😭

Luisa Mayorga

I couldn't see the pages using the App on Android, it has happened before, I remember there were pages I couldn't see on the app from the nerd and the violinist (escribí todo esto en inglés y luego recorde que pude haberlo escrito en español 😭)
