Favorite post-ts opening is still coming and is 20, it's actually one I recommend watching with the english subtitles at some point when it becomes relevant. It's sort of a very different type of opening for One Piece and really needs the context of the arc for the why I like it so much, so just as a tease for now. And then the very current one is also way up there overall.

i remember one vivid thing while watching dressrosa. the bellamy and luffy “fight” lasted like 3 fucking episodes, i was going insane.

For the post-openings, I'm kinda mixed on a lot 'cause I'm not a huge fan of the songs used even on the ones I find visually appealing. 15 has some visual moments I really like, but not big on the song... but I love 16 for the first half with the Strawhats just doing domestic shit, and the song is pretty nice. 17 is just fanservice but 18 is decent. 19 has some great visuals but also large dips nor am I super crazy about the song used, 20's song is way better but visually... kinda mixed. XD And I *really* don't like 21. 22 is another mixed one for me, 'cause visually it's good but the song... 23 and 24 are solid, though 25 is prob my favorite. And 26, visually I LOVE IT, but again.. not a fan of the dang song. XD

I used to think I don't like the song of 21 but eventually realized I actually love most of the song except for the specific part it is named after, which is what I used to associate it with. Because whenever I heard a different part of that opening I always went, "uh I actually love this one, but forgot about it" and then was surprised it's "that one" when it gets to the part.

We also know that Doflamingo is scared of the D. because in any earlier episode when Law was still unconscious at the palace, he slipped up and referred to Luffy as "the one with demon blood in his veins", so he literally does think they're demonic in the same way he thinks of himself as a god.

Prez, and now imagine having to wait weekly with these dragging filler parts. But tbf the Manga was also a little chaotic and not well paced. In part due to oda getting sick

SonnchenXYZ

I kind of forgot about this opening.

While I love the idea of a Corazon outfit, I honestly feel like he’s the only one who can actually pull it off.

Guys about 20 episodes left until th-

the Usopp "power up" in the opening isn't canon, so don't worry, you weren't spoiled 😭 also most best songs imo is post time skip, like op 15 - 16 and this one , and some other ones in the future like op 20, and 23, 24, 25 . and 26 is out but haven't seen it or heard it yet

If I remember correctly, in the manga the fight with the doffy double is completely offscreen, and we only witness Luffy breaking through the ground. So yeah, everytime we have cut to the lower level of the palace, that was just the anime stalling for time.

I'm always sad when I watch reactors react to this masterpiece arc cause let's be honest , the anime butchered it ! Dressrosa is easily in my top 5 arcs in the manga , but in anime it's barely watchable , the pace is horrible. I didn't remember the pain to see Luffy vs fake Doffy for so many episodes ! At that time , the anime studio was in a weird position : they didn't want to make filler arcs anymore cause doing filler arcs in One Piece is really hard , since Oda has so many mysteries in his world , it's really easy to make mistakes about something and waste a reveal or write bullshit. So they adapted only the canon parts , but of course they were catching up to the manga way too fast , so they made the worse possible decision : slow down the pace of the canon story and that ended up being the dressrosa arc. It's way better since that. They decided to stop filler arcs but occasionally we have filler episodes or special , and they decided to do breaks when they're too close to the manga

Its kinda is canon cuz he used the Wolf on Fishman Island. In the Opening he just stands on it.

It's insane they didn't hear anything about the peak ark and stuff that happens between Zou and Wano. And we all know what part of clothing Prez will wear then. :D

eh it's paced well, sickness cannot be a factor determining manga pacing. That's just not fair

even putting a number out there creates expectations and kinda ruins the surprise. It's spoiling without spoiling

I believe in the string Zoan theory. Maybe he is a worm man. Would explain the parasite strings.
