Honestly though, I don't think the Skypieans should 'have' to give the land back. Sure it's nice that they are willing to share it, but they fought over the land and the Shandians lost. And those Shandians have no doubt fought in the past with others over that land and have come to own it. Real history shows that's no such thing as any land that people have a 'right' to. You take land and it becomes yours, that's it. And the one you take it from has also taken it from someone else. Winner takes all, winner decides all. That's pretty much it.

Enel is based on Eminem Oda is a known fan of Eminem, He also drew an image of Snoop Dogg in Choppers outfit

Nick

in the end when they get separated Zoro says "anyway it's to the right" and then he walks left

Cloud Kitsune

I guess this is why Zoro and Luffy shouldn't be left alone in a team together, as stuff like this can happen more often with their bad sense of directions for sure. XD

That has never been confirmed tho, it's just a possibility since some of Oda's designs are based on real people

Fun facts : when Enel arrives and says "I am god", it's a play on words in japanese since kami nari sounds exactly like kaminari which means thunder (so he also says "I am thunder"). He also has the same voice actor as Kira from Jojo. And about his design, it's heavily inspired by shintoism and buddhism with the tomoe drums on his back coming from the thunder god Raijin and his long earlobes similar to Buddha's.

I get you not liking Wyper, but he's just full of hatred for things that happened to his people, and ready to fight and die for them all, he's a great warrior of Shandians after all

Ikr, plus having to share YOUR land which is full of your history, beliefs, etc with people who don't actually need it but want it to make their life easier can be a great cause for anger lol. Gan Fall saying he likes pumpkin juice is an understandable trigger for Wyper since it's such a shallow reason compared to the attachment Shandians have to their own land

Next opening is spoiler free

Regarding the "I love pumpkin juice" line: Gan Fall explained in a previous episode that the pumpkins are from Jaya. So when he says that to Wyper, Wyper interprets that as "I don't want to give you Jaya back because of this shallow reason". That's what so triggering. He wants the home of his people back, and some old guy is just like "but my juice"
