DO WE NEED TO WATCH FILLER BEFORE MOVIE

Comments

Pht0m(Alex)

If you guys are watching the movie film Z make sure to skip the opening of the movie after the initial scenes. It kinda spoils a lot about the movie lol, might be too late for me to say this now 😂

You are telling them not to watch part of the movie they're going to watch. That makes no sense at all.

Sekki

it's not necessary to watch the filler episodes, so it's up to you if you want to watch them or go straight into the movie

The filler are tied in to the movie. There are characters introduced in the filler that appear in the movie. The filler episodes are not completely necessary so you can skip them if you want. Personally, I thought they were pretty good episodes but not everybody may want to watch them. One thing you should make sure to watch is Glorious Island. It is a short that can easily be found on YouTube and it leads right into the beginning of the movie. Trust me; you will enjoy the short.

I'd watch the movie without the fillers, it'll be fine

I think Hordy is a better villain than people give him credit for, but I get why people don't like him lol

He does his job. Hordy was never meant to be a big physical threat to the Straw Hats, but I still like him. I enjoy that he is just empty hatred since it fits the theme of the arc. Fish-Man Island isn’t my favorite arc but I still like it.

I love Film Z so I'm really looking forward to it!

Eric Miller

Film z is pretty good. No, you do not need to watch its associated filler. My favorite one is either Strong World, or the one after Film Z called One Piece Film Gold. But that isn't for a couple arcs yet.

Cloud Kitsune

My favorite One Piece movie is Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island, which is the 6th movie. It sadly never got localized, though, so if you wanna watch it... Not many options.

1015 is the best episode of One Piece yet imo. you got a long way to go and many great episodes in between but 1015 is so perfectly done.

15:15 OIhh this is the first time we heard the full violin version with lyrics 16:50 Do you think they got those from fighting sea kings or because they rammed against the red line in search for the lost calf?
