"Mary" rough sketch idea of an OC (Patreon)

I have explored the hyper-tittied milf archetype too little, I thought about this character from a design standpoint, but I still have nothing about her in terms of lore and backstory... I thought she could be the clerk in a clothing store and be the gossipy one in the group; I imagine her as the one who always finds out things first... ah yes and of course she suffers from gigantomastia, so her breasts have been growing for almost 50 years.
