Welcome to 1425 Rossmore Avenue, this is a beautiful 20X15 residential build perfect for a small family of four. This build include 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

I'm really enjoying building for now LOL, but that might change because it takes forever!!! 😁🤣🤣

PLEASE READ: If you want your game to look like mine here is a list of all the mods I use in my game. I DO NOT INCLUDE MODS IN MY BUILDS so you will have to download them separately. Click the name of the creator below and it will link you to the download page of the mod. ALL MODS are OPTIONAL and is not required for the build to work, its only for the aesthetics of the game.

K-Hippie Mods - This mod replaces EA textures with high quality realistic textures, this is a game override mod. I use ALL of their mods okay!! Just make sure you have the updated versions for each mod, again, I have all of them.

Luumia No Blue/ No Glo Lighting Mod - This is a lighting mod that gets rid of the blue shadows in game. It's a old mod, but it still works, but it's completely optional.

SofterHaze Sunblind - This is another lighting mod, specifically a world lighting mod, it's more difficult to install a mod like this so make sure your READ the instructions before adding this to your game, because if you don't yo game gone be f*cked up. I use it because its just makes the game look so much better and it doesn't conflict with the no blue mod.

All of the CC I used has already been batch fixed and updated in Sims 4 Studio to run DX11. If you are still playing on DX9 do not download and install this build to your game because it will cause issues.

The file size is large (1.62g) because of high poly CC. If your computer can handle it you should be fine.

Lot can be placed on any 20X15 lot.
