The question is a simple one...

and while the game is flexible enough to allow individual playthroughs to be at least somewhat dynamic... you will notice a recurring theme in the core plot, relationships, and player Psyche. Those three themes are...

• Purity (More of a "love/romance" route)

• Lust (All about getting freaky with the girls)

and

• Darkness (For the sadists and more evil among us)

If you could choose only one... which path would you take?

Note: I'll be making a new post soon that will go further into what each respective path means, and what differences you can expect... and also detailing how the choices/system will work. Keep your eyes peeled for that.

Perhaps rename purity and call it romance instead? Besides it being a bit confusing it also makes me feel like a creepy cast member from 7th heaven with a purity ring every time I pick the purity option.

Full agreement, purity sounds like it's super chaste or whatever. I wanna get freaky with em but be more than just fuck buddies or whatever. Perhaps we will learn more about the path and the name will be more fitting with that extra context.

Problem is, purity isn't just relative to romance. We see an example of this when responding to Bernie during the first "Psyche-Crucial." We will see a wide array of "Purity" choices that have little to nothing to do with romance much like this one. Even renaming it "Love" would be a bit off/inaccurate. Purity simply means to be "pure."

I think most are psyched for all three options. Most not wanting to choose dark as preference because they think that's the a*hole option. You're not an a*hole for enjoying the freedom to fantasize. I chose lust, but I can't wait to bathe in innocent love and sink to the depravity of humiliation. They're all me.

Will you block choixe over others depending of what you choose before? I mean if you choose darkness all the time will you block purity answer?

Gonna focus on purity on first playthrough but definitely focus on the other paths in other playthroughs :D

Just my two cents: I remember watching a video (Extra Creditz I think, so take that for what it's worth, if anything) where they referenced a study done in Fable 1. While I can't say I'm certain on the exact numbers, what I remember was ~80% of people choose the good route (this also might have been just first time play through) ~12% start evil but abandon it and, ~8% start and play the evil route. (I would imagine there are some who start the good route and switch evil but, it wasn't mentioned which would lead me to believe it's a small enough group that's statistically not worth mentioning) TLDR: Most people prefer good routes and over half of the ones that say they like evil routes are lying to themselves.

Nope! Much like in real life players will always be free to change their minds... and the choices are designed to be flexible/players don't have to stick to any set path to achieve great things.

I might be a little confused as to what you're asking but the routes are not specific to any one girl... instead, you can take whichever route you want with whichever story path or love interest you encounter and you can also make psyche related choices to mold the player-characters thoughts & behavior.

Let's be honest: If this was real life, we'd be all about the purity; but we're playing this game for the lust.. Otherwise we'd be playing the Sims! LOL And they don't have to be mutually exclusive, but we were only allowed to choose one.

Will probably go purity first time through. Just who i am but I'll def be replaying this to explore the other avenues
