Hello everyone! PUK here!

I wanted to start this off on the right foot and do a little write up. First of all, I have been semi-absent for the past year or two and I'm sorry for that. It was very moving to see many of you follow me and my drawings over the years and I don't want people to think that I just simply jumped ship. So to explain myself a little, at the end of 2023 I quit my day job and took on drawing full time by taking a job in animation in Tokyo. I've got the opportunity to work on many amazing projects and with many amazing people and companies since I started, it has truly been an honor. Thank you!

I've been on a sort of training arc like a shonen protag for this time. I really wanted to keep up drawing as much as I did before but this wasn't really possible with the huge workloads that are the standard in this industry. It's been an amazing experience, however, many artists' dream for sure, and I am very thankful I got to live that.

There have definitely been many tough times, many fun times and many extraordinary people I have met on the way.

I feel like now I have gathered enough experience as an artist to be able to move to the next level in this journey and I will be spending my time from now on working on making stuff that I want to share with you all.

まず、ここ1、2年中々SNSが動かせず、活動休止状態になってしまい応援してくれてる皆さんには、申し訳ないです。

それでも私の作品や私の絵を見て応援してくださっていた皆様にただただ感謝しかありません。本当にありがとうございます！

もしかしたら活動を辞めたのかなと思われる方もいるのではないか？と思ったので、簡単に最近あったことを共有させて下さい。

少しのお時間、お付き合いください。

2023年末に定職を辞めて、東京でアニメ会社へ就職し、フルタイムで一日中絵を描くようになりました。

アニメの仕事を始めてからというもの、たくさんの素晴らしいプロジェクトや作品、素晴らしい方々や企業と関わる機会に恵まれました。

この数年、この仕事を通して、少年漫画の主人公のように日々修行を積んできました。個人的にも絵を描き続けたかったのですが、この業界では想像を超えるほどの膨大な数の仕事量をこなさなければならず、その中で自分のイラストを描く為の時間を割くことの難しさを経験しました。

ただ、確実なことは、この仕事は多くのイラストを手掛けているアーティストの夢であること。そして、そんな、夢を実現できたことを、誇りに思っています。

お世話になった皆様、この場を借りてお礼申し上げます。

本当にありがとうございました！

っと、本題に戻ります。

これからは、皆さんと共有したい作品作りに全力を注いで行きたい！とおもっています。

これまで、辛い時や苦しい壁にぶち当たった時など数え切れません。

ですが、諦めることはしませんでした。

そして、そんな辛い経験や苦しい壁があったからこそ、たくさんの数えきれない出会いがあったし、次のステージへ進めるだけの十分な経験は積んでこれたと実感してます。

神は乗り越えられる試練しか与えないって言いますしね笑

なので今後は、今までの経験を活かしながら、更にレベルアップした自分のイラストを皆様に届けたいと思っています。

皆様と作品を共有して、色んな方に喜んでもらえるように作品作りに全てを注いでいく次第です。
