Instant relief: nothing terrible.

Got some alarming signs of decline and doc instructions for health recovery. I have to change my lifestyle including spending much less time on PC and social media. It might be for several months, there is long recovery process required.

This means re-schedule of posting. I consider weekend only batch posting during this period. Might be longer replies in DMs as well.
