Hey guys,

Bit of a random Patreon video today!
I recently built a flying car set inside the Abroad in Japan studio for an upcoming video that's coming out later this week.
Is this a genius move or a moment of madness - allow me to explain!

I also discuss the upcoming fitness series that'll be out after JAJ and what challenges we've got lined up on Abroad in Japan in the coming months.

Hope you're all having a fantastic weekend so far!

I really like the idea of a Science Fiction type of video.

For Fuiji-san, start at the fifth stage and ask the locals which of the several routes is the easiest. Don't climb the route closest to Fuji Gokko (Five Lakes of Mt. Fuji), because that is the most strenuous path. I climbed that one because it was nearest the youth hostel I stayed at. Rest up the whole day before you begin the evening journey. I started about 9 p.m. (the bus got all us hostelers up to the convenience store near the fifth stage around 8 or so) and made it to the top by 4 a.m. That was when I was your age and leading a sedentary life as an office worker. So it's do-able. Of course, there's always hiring a horse to take you up the mountain, as one woman did.

Love seeing the creative crafts :D Imagine short segments from the ramen studio, where a customer comes in and gets "served" the topic. Or maybe a 10-30 min clip of people acting as if it were a real ramen shop, and you can use segments out of it as outro sequences.

I love the idea of the small cinematics included in the regular videos. Good luck on your weight loss. It is possible to lose 20 pounds in 6-8 weeks but it is rough. I did it in the past but i was training for 1h30 5 days a week and I was counting everything I ate and was always under 2000 calories. The only issue is that this is not sustainable long term. I ended up regaining that weight. Hope you dont go the same route I did after. And I'm happy for you and Sharla!

Jumping in to comment on your American accent from the last video you posted. As an American, I honestly thought it was awesome when you did the challenge. It's hard to change your whole voice but you do it really well--when you speak like that I would never know you were British. My $0.02. Keep up the good work man!

Loved the video you took with this, it was so cool!
