EmuDeck 2.1.14 - The no update edition (Patreon)

Hi, this is a feature a lot of people have asked, optionals updates.

Now you'll be able to update your EmuDeck app when you want, the update won't be forced on you ( we really recommend updating )I've been super busy with the latest public release, a lot of issues that weren't discovered in testing, but things are going better now so I expect to get back to work on more features this week!
