Mistress and Master...Second sneak peek from tomorrow's update. There will be third tomorrow even more spicier :)------------Aside from the audio update, I’m also working on a UI rework. As you may remember, I added FLOWCHART in the 0.80 update, and so far it’s been an amazing addition to the game. Not only does it let players see which content they missed, but it also functions as a built‑in walkthrough and POV's can be added easily which imo became integral part of the game. That being said, I was never happy with some of the things in it:

It always opened on the first event instead of scrolling to the one you are actually playing, which was super annoying.

Android users were always frustrated because my hover mechanic, showing which event is hovered didn’t work correctly on Android, as touch controls obviously don’t have hover. There was a “hack” that let you keep an item highlighted while swiping around with your finger to check other events, but it wasn’t a good solution.

The currently playing event was shown in dark green, making it hard to see.

It was easy to maintain when there were 50–70 events, but now the whole thing is about 4,000 lines long.It was nice to see, but Android users, for example, were kind of screwed.I am happy to announce that I have resolved all of those issues. With update V0.90.02 (to be released tomorrow), you’ll receive an updated flowchart in addition to the audio fix. It will look the same, but:

FIX: While playing the game, opening the flowchart now scrolls automatically to your current spot in the story, no more need for constant manual scrolling. Imo, a massive QOL improvement.

FIX: Each tile requires a double‑tap: one tap to preview the event, a second tap to activate it. This makes the flowchart work very nicely for touch users.

FIX: The green tile will flash brightly so you can see at a glance which event you’re playing.

FIX: I reworked everything from the ground up. Each new event is now just one line of code, and the whole script is barely 300 lines long, making it very easy to maintain and edit.

I also have a flowchart system in mind that will highlight your path through the chart as you play the game. It is still in prototype form and will not be included in version 0.90.92. It will be released later once I am satisfied.

As you play, the flowchart unlocks tiles for you to view. The tiles you have just played during the current run are highlighted (e.g., in red), creating a clear path to your present location.

This isn’t critical right now, but when version 1.0 launches I plan to remove the “Unlock All / Lock All” button and let players unlock tiles through in‑game events instead. There will also be an earning system, you’ll receive points that can be used to unlock tiles as you progress, just not all at once. I intend to implement this system (alternate to cheat) during the polishing phase before the 1.0 release. That's all for me today folks. Remember that tomorrow is new update release :)
