👨🏻‍🏫 ABOUT KEEPIN' IT IN COLLEGE (Patreon)

Soo, I thought it would probably best to create a post whilst I'm still working on the game explaining in-depth everything you should and need to know, and also answer any questions you may have.

First of all, Keepin' It In College is my first game that is being developed on a completely different game engine, that being Renpy, which has grown majorly in popularity over the past year. If you don't already know about Renpy, it is a visual novel engine, that is used to create more interactive point-and-click stories, and has a lot less limitations to RPGMaker as to what is possible, which is the main reason I am making the move over.

The story for Keepin' It In College takes place a year after the Keepin' It In The City storyline, featuring some of the same characters, as well as some new characters, such as Riley, who you can see a preview of here. You, and other members of the cast have moved to a completely new city to begin your days at college, so you can expect completely new locations, scenes, characters & storylines. You will also notice some changes to previous characters, who are now more "grown up", with new hairstyles, fashion sense & more.

Will you still be developing Nerd Adventure?

Yes, development on Nerd Adventure will continue after the first release of this game, however, I will have a poll about this in the near future, so please stay posted for that.
