In this continuation from part 1, Fie's newest project goes a bit overlong, and her husband (you, the POV character) steps in on her signal to help cut her loose. Real sorry about the delay on this one, I had some irl things that had me unfortunately very occupied. I truly hope it was worth the wait, and I will be resuming a more consistent pace for posts.

That money-shot/aftermath in the thumbnail and at the end took forever to paint, but I think it turned out quite good. It's hard to communicate the writhing mass in a still, but I think I got it working pretty well.

For reading this far, since there's been a decent harvest of silk from the beetles, what article of clothing should the threads be used to make? Feel free to suggest something you'd like Fie to be dressed in.
