Great Gregway Nick! Loved it and your perspective Incredibly timely for me. I'm about to start coaching wrestling for my son's High school. I've only coached middle school and below. This is the first time I've ever been nervous about coaching and I hope to not blow it. But like you said, just commit show up everyday try to improve a little bit. One thing I tell my kids is 1% better everyday
