I haven't played Outer Worlds, so unfortunately I couldn't have known. It happens and it's super annoying. For me it was Yakuza 3. While it does have cross-progression, Destiny does NOT have cross-entitlement... So we don't fail you again, make sure you've set up your Xbox app on the ROG Ally to have offline permissions! 1. In the Xbox app, go to "settings" under your profile (top left). 2. Go to the "App" tab and make sure to turn on "Offline permissions enabled". 3. MOST IMPORTANTLY - Start up any game you want to be able to play offline. If you don't do this while you're online, you won't be able to play it later! Like your "home" Xbox, your can only have offline permissions enabled on ONE xbox app instance - I have it enabled on my ROG Ally as well
