Also I have a 2-year-old. Thanks for your reply, and if I can suggest something for you to look at, there's an app called "The Wonder Weeks" that goes through and covers all of the developmental stages/"leaps"/skills for your kid at each given age timeframe. Even has little checklists that you can tick off as they grow

Ever since I had a little one (almost 20 months now) anytime a movie or tv show has a kid die I usually turn it off, just hits too close to home while he is still so little. That and dogs dying on screen, stop killing pets in movies!
