• Jambalaya : Lactose Free. Jambalaya is a quintessential one pot recipe with chicken, sausage, and rice with cajun seasoning.

• Dirty Rice : Lactose Free. It is a classic Cajun dish with long grain rice, flavorful and savory spices, onions, celery, and green peppers, commonly known as the holy trinity of Cajun cooking. The name “dirty” comes from the overall color that the rice takes on after cooking with ground beef, pork sausage, cajun seasoning.

• Muffuletta : Muffuletta is a type of round Sicilian sesame bread, as well as a popular sandwich, that was popularized in the city of New Orleans. The traditional-style muffuletta sandwich consists of a muffuletta loaf split horizontally and covered with layers of marinated olive salad, salami, ham, Swiss cheese, provolone, and mortadella.

• Po' boy Sandwich : Lactose Free. Po' boy is a sandwich originally from Louisiana. It traditionally consists of fried seafood such as shrimp, crawfish, fish, oysters, or crab. The meat is served in New Orleans French bread, known for its crisp crust and fluffy center.

• Seafood Boil : Lactose Free. Seafood boil is traditional cajun cuisine. Seafood such as shrimp, crab, lobster, clams, mussels, and crawfish along with vegetables including corn, potatoes, garlic, and mushrooms are in.

• Beignets : Vegetarian-safe, Lactose free. Beignet is a type of deep-fried pastry of French origin. Beignets can be served in a variety of preparations, the most common being dusted with confectioner’s sugar. The pastry is popular in New Orleans. This recipe is beignet with strawberry jam in the pastry.
