Bigger Biceps Than Your Boyfriend
Written By SteeleBlazer
Hey ladies, have you ever wondered why your boyfriend doesn’t want you to join him at the gym?
You’d think with all the flexing and posing and strutting they do, they’d love to show off their biceps in action… but the truth is, they’re afraid—not afraid to show off their muscles—but afraid that if we joined them at the gym, we’d start lifting and get not just bigger biceps than them, but become bigger and stronger than them too.
And you know what? They should be afraid… very afraid!
It’s not a question of “if” you can become stronger, but how long it’ll take you to become stronger—complete with a pair of gorgeously engorged, sleeve-stretching biceps.
So stop asking yourself if it’s possible for you to have bigger biceps than your boyfriend, and start asking how long that would take.
Just how long does it take for you to outgrow... or outmuscle your boyfriend, because let’s face it ladies, men will always be little boys... so why not have them have smaller and littler muscles than us girls!
It might be less time than you think… and not only quicker, but easier too!
That’s right, ladies—I know the above might sound hard to believe, but believe me, it’s never been easier for us girls to become hardbodies and grow great big mighty female muscles!
The way to do so is simple—the key lies in resistance training. And at first, you better believe your boyfriend will be resistant to you starting up weight training and pumping iron—but that’s because he’s afraid of you not just becoming stronger, but stronger than him.
Because as much as he wishes and wants to believe that would be impossible, deep down in his bones he knows it’s possible…
And as much as that thought terrifies him, deep down in his bones—or maybe another type of bone—it excites him too.
And it should excite you too!
Picture this: you’ve finally committed to a strength-training routine, and at first you’re worried about the weights being heavy and it all just being a lot of hard work… But the weights aren’t as heavy or intimidating as you feared, and workout by workout, week by week, you realize you’re not the weak woman society labeled you as—you’re strong—and day by day you’re not just feeling stronger and stronger… but also growing bigger and bigger.
And in no time—just like that—you’re so big you’ve now got bigger biceps than your boyfriend… along with wider shoulders, thicker thighs, and you’re rocking a rock-hard eight-pack of abs, while your boyfriend is sporting a mere six-pack… or worse, a whole keg—since the only curls they do are curling their beer, and the only crunches they do for that beer belly are the crunchy pretzels and potato chips they’re always eating.
And now you’re not intimidated by the weight room or any of the weights in it—but your boyfriend sure is intimidated by your newly forged sweet swole physique, and by the fact that you’re now not just repping the weights he’s maxing, but warming up with them. Now doesn’t that image and thought just heat things up for you?
Can you just imagine that?
Well, you don’t need to—because I’m telling you, that can be the new reality… and it already is for an ever-growing number of women.
I know it all sounds impossible, but believe me—just look at my adorable anacondas that totally annihilate my boyfriend’s biceps, and remember: it’s not impossible, but possible—and it’s a growing trend among women, and a growing concern among all the boys and so-called men out there.
They’re about to realize and find out that muscles just aren’t so manly anymore.
And I know some of you women out there are afraid of looking manly with great big, huge, hulking, hunky muscles—but let me tell ya, there is nothing manly about mighty female muscles, and you’re going to realize that nothing is sweeter than a sweet swole physique.
And when you flex your pair of pretty, pumped-up pythons, it won’t just drive all the boys crazy—they won’t just be green-eyed with envy—but that red-hot hardbody of yours will really get their blood pumping and leave them all hot and bothered, not just from your sexy flexing, but from the fact that their muscles no longer measure up to our rock-hard hardbodies… all except, of course, that one muscle of theirs—which you better believe they’ll be flexing, just as rock-hard as our own great girly muscles.
Okay… so… I know by now you’re thinking this all sounds great, but it can’t possibly be as easy as it sounds…
You’re right—it’s even easier!
I mean, if you wanna get fit, just remember this little tip.
F — Frequency: keep showing up—and soon you’ll be showing up your boyfriend!
I — Intensity: don’t be afraid to lift heavy—show the boys they’re the real lightweights, and that heavy weights are the great big girly weights!
T — Time: let the gains add up—just like the weights you’re lifting will keep adding up too!
And in no time, you won’t just be fit—you’ll have bigger biceps than your boyfriend… and you’ll be way, way stronger too!
Because, ladies, we ain’t the weaker sex any longer!
And after just a few months in the gym, your boyfriend won’t just be asking how you got so big…
He’ll also be asking how he can get arms just as big and strong as yours—but he can’t, because those are mighty female muscles, and he’s just a man.
So now, with the question of just who the stronger of the sexes is finally answered, the real question women are asking now is…
It’s not if you can outmuscle your boyfriend anymore.
It’s how long does it take?
Weeks?
Months?
Years?
Well, good news for us girls—it doesn’t take years and years. Only months. And it won’t be long before you’re not just outmuscling your boyfriend, but he’s yearning for yesteryear, back when he was stronger than you.
What’s more—besides your muscles, of course—there are ways to accelerate and speed up your growth.
The best way is making sure you’re replenishing and refueling your muscles with plenty of power-packed protein to truly reshape your body quickly and optimally—and you better believe, sexily.
Just don’t be surprised if your boyfriend starts telling you to slow down… or to be careful, that you don’t want to get too big—but I hate to break it to you, boys—bigger is better, and our pumped-up, pretty pythons are way, way bigger than your measly male muscles.
And while they might claim these are “just jokes,” the same way they say they could be bigger and stronger than us too—if they really wanted to be—we all know who the real joke is… just like how macho male muscles are such a joke compared to our large, luscious lady muscles!
And once again, I’m not joking—it really is this easy.
Remember: where there’s a will, there’s a way. And you won’t just forge an iron body, but an iron will. So let me show you the way—because I know you’ve got the will, but you’re also going to need the whey… a lot of whey… as in whey protein.
Only don’t think of it as protein powder—think of it as protein power!
And you’re gonna have to make sure you’re getting plenty of protein. So here are some tips…
To maintain muscle, the average adult needs roughly 0.35 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day.
But maintaining isn’t the goal here. We don’t want to maintain the status quo of men being bigger and stronger—we want to show the men just what we’re made of… mighty female muscles.
And to build those up, we’re going to need to maximize our protein intake—to truly maximize our muscles.
To build and forge those new mighty muscles, the sweet spot is closer to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day, paired with consistent resistance training—and before you know it, you’ll have that sleek and sweet swole physique, along with of course a pair of pretty pumped-up pythons.
That means:
A 150-pound woman aiming for real gains? About 150 grams of protein daily.
Do that consistently, and you’re no longer “toning.” You’re building. And brick by brick, you’re building up your body—turning yourself into a brickhouse.
Only the body you’re building won’t stay 150 pounds forever, so don’t forget to keep adding to your protein count as you keep adding pounds and pounds of muscle onto your frame. And do you know what that’s called, ladies? It’s called bodybuilding—and it really isn’t a scary word, even if your boyfriend is starting to get scared that you’re not just growing bigger… but that you haven’t stopped growing.
And maybe he’s even more scared that you won’t stop growing.
Good.
There’s no need to stop—just keep piling on that protein, and you’ll keep piling on those powerful muscles. That’s right: you’re a bodybuilder now… and you’ve built a bigger and better body than your boyfriend… not to mention stronger—only I guess I did just mention it—just like I mention how much stronger I am each and every single day... with each and every flex I make.
But it’s not just protein alone that builds muscle.
Muscle growth also requires energy, and protein by itself won’t do the job—after all, building big, strong muscle is a woman’s job. That’s right, men—you’ve been fired, pink slip and all. And while you might be upset we’ve taken over, you’ll still love how you look in a sexy little pink slip standing next to those great big mighty female muscles of ours.
And you’ll be counting your lucky stars each and every night you get to spend with us—provided, of course, you survive more than one night, that is. Which, when it comes to snu snu… well, boys, don’t count on lasting the night—because I’m not just going to break your heart… or even just your hip…
But—we’re not talking about snu snu. We’re talking about counting calories. Only we’re not talking about limiting your caloric intake—we’re talking about increasing it. If you want to increase your muscle mass and your strength, you’ve got to increase your calories.
So just how many extra calories should you consume each day?
Most people need a small calorie surplus—around 350 to 500 extra calories per day—to support muscle gain without excessive fat gain. Without enough total food, your body may burn protein for fuel instead of using it to build muscle.
Translation: chow down, ladies. Pig out. And while you might feel like a big, fat cow—remember, those muscles you’re building are 100% Prime, Grade-A beef.
So now you’re working out, you’re eating right, and you’re drinking the protein shakes—and I know you’re asking: How long until results show?
I know you’re just bursting with anticipation, wondering how long it’ll be until your biceps are bursting and exploding out of your long sleeves… or any sleeves at all—because trust me, it won’t be long before your shirts are crying out for mercy.
But don’t show those sleeves any mercy. Go on and flex. Let your muscles rip. Let those sleeves scream—along with any man who witnesses such a display—as you not only tear and shred your shirts to bits, but also shred his foolish notion and myth of male muscular domination.
So go on—flex. Dominate your man. Make him cry out for mercy as well. And it really won’t take you long before you’re large and in charge.
Let’s assume:
Strength training at least three times per week—you’ll lift more, and studies have shown that women excel at pushing their bodies longer and harder than men can.
Around 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight—and remember to keep increasing as you go—make that GROW!
A modest calorie surplus—or go queen-sized and really pack on the pounds. Don’t worry about “bulking up,” because you’re gonna be hulking out.
And when you add all that up, most women can expect to gain about one pound of muscle every two to three weeks… which you can easily double if you simply double your workouts from three times per week to six. Talk about double trouble—and I don’t just mean those newly grown, adorable anacondas you could wrap around your man and crush him with.
And just for the sake of comparison—which you’re really going to love, comparing all your hot, huge, hunky muscles with your boyfriend—your boyfriend… not so much. Let’s compare the gains of the average man using the same metrics:
Strength training at least three times per week—the male body actually fatigues faster and cannot optimally train as long or as hard as ours, despite how often men tell us how “long” and “hard” they are.
Around one gram of protein per pound of body weight—which, given time, will become lighter and lighter than your body weight.
A modest calorie surplus—but let’s hope they don’t go hog wild and make pigs of themselves, because a pot belly just isn’t attractive on a man.
Most men can expect to add about one pound of muscle every one to two months—and after the first couple of months, that growth—if you can even call it that—slows to a crawl.
So as you can see, it’s only a matter of time before we overtake, outgrow, and outmuscle all the men out there… and there’s nothing they can do to stop us. And with their muscular growth slowed to a crawl, that’s just the perfect place for them to be—on their hands and knees, begging us to stop lifting and working out.
And yes—this is often the point where your boyfriend starts saying things like:
“Don’t you think you’ve gotten big enough?”
Or:
“Wow… you’re really strong now, but you better be careful—you don’t want to get too big…”
Or my personal favorite:
“You’re pretty strong for a girl…”
And of course, I’m pretty.
And of course, I’m strong.
But I’m not pretty strong.
And I’m not strong for a girl.
I’m just strong… and if you follow my advice, you can be too!
Not just strong, but way, way, way stronger than your boyfriend or any other man… because as you’ll soon find out, next to us girls and our mighty female muscles, men are just weak. Plain and simple.
And of course, you’re now simply way, way stronger—not just than your big-mouth boyfriend, but than any other man. And you’ll quickly realize their mouths are bigger than any of their muscles. Because there is no such thing as being too big, ladies, and we’re not the ones who need to be careful. Those men are the ones who need to be careful, because it won’t be long until us women are all bigger and stronger than them, and they wind up putting their feet in those big mouths of theirs…
But I say, why not give them a flex and let them put our great big biceps in their mouths instead, and kiss their macho muscularity fantasies goodbye.
And if you shooting off and flexing your great big glistening girly guns don’t shut ’em up, and they still feel content yapping and complaining—I swear their favorite exercise is running off their mouths. Just make sure you don’t listen to their arguments about a woman’s place—those arguments are just as weak as their muscles.
I know some men might say a woman should learn to iron for their man, and I agree with them.
A woman should learn to pump iron, so that she can be stronger than her man.
Or that a woman’s place is in the kitchen… and I agree that’s correct too. Where else are we going to mix up our delicious protein smoothies, or prep all the protein-rich and nutrient-dense meals to build our dense, rock-solid muscles?
And if your boyfriend still is being dense and can’t accept that he’s no longer the big man in the relationship, and if he tries to put his foot down, just double down and put your own stronger, sleeker, and sexier foot right down on top of him—and prove to him you’ll no longer be walked over by walking over him and stomping out all his antiquated notions of male muscular superiority.
I know I make it sound oh-so simple, but believe me, ladies—it really is that simple.
So simple, you don’t even need a gym membership, because all you really need is a dumbbell—and I don’t mean your dumbbell dummy of a boyfriend. Because trust me, when this is all over, you’ll be lifting way heavier weights than he ever could… and especially way heavier than your lightweight dumbbell of a boyfriend.
In fact, you might not even need to wait to get your hands on any weights. Your boyfriend probably already has some collecting dust, just sitting around waiting for someone to use them—and since he ain’t using them, it might as well be you.
So stop waiting around and get your hands on those weights. They might not be as heavy as the ones you’ll be lifting soon, but they’re a perfect starter set. And as you build up your body, you can build up your weight set too.
Just remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day—and neither will your Greek muscle goddess physique be built in a day. It takes time. But pretty soon, your boyfriend will be worshiping those muscles of yours. And if he corrects you for twisting and mixing metaphors, just twist his limbs up like a pretzel and turn that idiot into an idiom.
But if he’s smart, he won’t be complaining—well, about you mixing Rome with Greece—because we all know he’ll never stop complaining about you being bigger and stronger than him, with way, way bigger biceps. Still, he’ll love it when you let his hands roam over those big biceps of yours… and all your other mighty female muscles.
And you’ll love it too.
You’re just gonna love having bigger biceps and stronger muscles than your boyfriend.
And if you remember the tips and advice in this article, it won’t be long until not just you, but all women around the world, are flexing and showing off their mighty female muscles with pride.
Because women aren’t just outgrowing expectations—they’re outgrowing all the men standing next to them.
That’s the trend…
And the concern?
Well… that depends on whose muscles are getting smaller by comparison. Because boys, let me tell ya something—us women don’t seem too concerned at all by it… and we’re only going to get bigger and bigger!
